Our data security system meets or exceeds HIPAA regulations. -Company Code- To access our secure server, users must first supply a company code. Without this company code, a connection to our secure server is not established. -Username and Password- After a connection to our secure server is established, users will be prompted for a Username and Password. Without both of these, the data on our secure server cannot be accessed. -Secure Socket Layer- All data connections to our server are made through an SSL (secure socket layer ) connection. Our SSL connection provides 128-bit encryption, so that only authorized users may view the information passed over the internet. Any third party trying to view information over the SSL connection would first need to break a 128-bit encreyption key, which allows for 340,282,366,920,938,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 key combinations.
